S.O.B Day #3 - Grilled Bacon, Cheese and Pear Sandwich

Today we’ll keep it a little simpler. This one sounds interesting. Since I am a big fan of the 3P (Pear, Pesto, Potato) pizza at Pizza Research Institute in Eugene, this one sounds very intriguing!

Today we have some dessert (or breakfast if I had to decide) to help balance out that Bacon Explosion we had yesterday.

Summer of Bacon!
